DVC-Rental — Local services in Horizon West

I requested specific dates, and location to rent through the DVC website for Disneyland CA. When I booked it, it gave me an error code, which an employee told me over the telephone the phone that they have been having issues all day with. When I received my booking confirmation, it showed a reservation for a location 3,000 miles away. When I contacted the DVC help portal they advised they were was nothing they could do for me and that it was up to me “to make it work” I just want my money back. We’ve been saving for this vacation. This was all within 24 hour period, I received the confirmation email and contacted the company right after about the error. Now they are accusing of illegally disputing the charge on my credit card. For most of us 200 dollars is a big deal, and id be stupid to not try and get that money back to my family. I am just trying to get my money back. The reservation was for 8 months ahead. I was mostly disappointed they did not take other avenues to try and help me out. it was just a blanket sorry our policy says were keeping your deposit. For context I live in Los Angeles, so to give me the reply of "its up to you to try and make it work, were not giving your deposit back or applying to another reservation" for a location 3,000 miles away, was pretty...

The team at DVC Rental are very fast and responsive with what they do. I worked with them to rent points to have a two night stay at the Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge resort at over 50% off the list rate. The timing was perfect for when I wanted to stay. I submitted my request, had an email waiting for me the next morning asking for a deposit. Shortly after submitting the deposit, I had some e-signature documents to fill out, and then I completed my final payment and everything was done. It could not have been more quick and painless. Nice roomy room. It was nice having a laundry room and kitchen. The frustrating part was no one cleaned our room in the 7 days we were there and although we asked ahead of time for towels for each day they told us we had to call each day to request towels. We talked to 3 different people one day about getting towels for the evening and they never came. We also requested to have a water view and to be above the 5th floor ,but we got an obstructed view on the third floor. We paid for a water view. We noticed that there were many rooms available above our room. I wouldn’t go back to Bay Lake Towers. Not super friendly cast members and I really wish our room was cleaner and we had the towels we needed for showers after a long day at the parks. Spend your money at Grand Floridian.
