Terrible Experience. I wish I could give no stars. I cannot be the only one experiencing terrible service. Around Oct of 2015 I brought my quad to Marshall Powersports. I asked the service manager to fix a noisey transmission (main complaint) I told them they could go ahead and service the machine and fix anything wrong with it. They called me a couple days later and said it was fixed. I said you even did the transmission? The manger said he have to call me back. About a week went by and I heard nothing. I called this time and was told they have it all done. I went and picked up the machine. As soon as I pulled it off the truck the noisey transmission problems was obviously not corrected. I called and manager said he'd send someone to my house since I live 45 minutes away. Never happened. I called a couple weeks later and again was told he'd send someone. Never happened. 3 to 4 weeks ago I drove my machine to Marshall and the girl ask me if I was going to wait on it. I said for a transmission problem. I don't think so. I explained what has been going on. She said they would look at it that week and call me. Never did. I called after 1 week and they said it was next. Nothing. I called after 2 weeks they told me if I didn't like how long it is taking them I can take it somewhere else, but was promise last week it would be looked at. It still hasn't been looked at. WOW.... Seriously Marshall. I wouldn't buy a thing from these guys because if you have a problem with your machine, trust me, you don't want to deal with there service department. Marshall has the worst service department of any dealership I've...
Read moreWent to this store to purchase a UTV for work. Looking to spend between $15-18k. Stood inside the âshowroomâ (they had one machine inside) for close to ten minutes while all three employees were tapping away on computers. No one greeted us, no one asked what we were looking for etc. Finally the guy behind the counter asked if we found what we were looking for. We explained what we needed and his answer was âwell what your problem is there is no inventoryâ. Well that seems like your problem not mine. I asked questions about options and it appeared like I was bothering him. The other two employees were still just tapping away. The guy speaking to me loudly yelled at the other guy that there were other customers in the place and get off the computer. He was rude to employee and I would not work there with that kind of attitude. The whole process was a charade and I can definitively say we wonât be purchasing anything from Marshall Powersports. We will purchase this UTV and future power sport machinery from someone else. I was personally in the market for a RZR side by side and looking to buy possibly this year but not from here. Not impressed with the people working. If the man behind the desk was a manager he shouldnât be managing anyone either. How they keep employees with the way he treats people...
Read moreCannot say enough Awesome things about Marshall Powersports and manager Summer Cain, and Bennie! From starting with a phone call placed while driving down the interstate to delivery of Utv two days later (Mostly our fault due to not having the correct currency to close the deal on a Labor Day weekend with no banks open to aide either side and having a CC limit set by their company policies) But we ainât mad at that. Gave us more time to get to know each other and form trusting relationships and friendships that will last a lifetime!! Summer is definitely on her A-game when it comes to efficiently and effectively running the business and Bennie is a seasoned veteran backing her up! Dad and I canât thank you both for helping us with our purchase of a CFMOTO UFORCE 1000 from start to finish. If your in the market for a UTV, I would definitely recommend taking the drive up interstate 75 to the Dry Ridge/Williamstown area and check these guys out. You wonât be disappointed!!! Love you both and continue to BE...
