Stopped by early afternoon on a weekend day. We both ordered sandwiches. They don't sell french fries or onion rings, but you can upgrade to a meal deal which includes drink and chips. The sandwiches were adequate. Small by comparison to many other restaurants, but of a decent quality. It appears as though there primary focus is on breakfast sandwiches, and unfortunately, we didn't try those. Seemingly their main business is in their ice cream or desserts. We split a peanut butter, chocolate, reeses pieces sundae which was fantastic. The shareable was more that what two of us could finish. While the food may not be great, the ice cream certainly was. Didn't try their donuts, it was a fairly small selection at the time that we were there, but they did look like they were good. Use caution, as this restaurant is right off of the freeway and the street is fairly busy with traffic. Parking can be a little tricky, but they do have a back lot that will accommodate. My suggestion is to stop for the ice cream and/ordonuts and grab a bite to eat somewhere else. You don't seem to get your money's worth on...
Read moreThe love started when saw they had doughnuts. We did an online order for a doughnut pickup the next morning. OMGOSH, best Bavarian cream chocolate long John I have ever had! Then we progressed to lunch. Best soup ever and the focaccia bread that was served with it….. heaven! Before leaving town after a long day at the creation museum we stopped for one last meal. The Chipotle Club wrap was fantastic! And again the soup was fantastic and the focaccia just heaven. You had a young lady at the register (Mayka) who was so personable and welcoming! The other hard working young lady (Skylar) was working hard, wiping down the outside tables. She was also extremely welcoming and pleasant. These young ladies need a raise and a pat on the back for doing a great job. Thank you for the experience AND FANTASTIC FOOD! If ever passing through again we will definitely come back! Blessings and I pray that God blesses your business for...
Read more3rd visit...so...fast forward 6 years all the way to 2025. My sister and I were in town for a visit and I brought her to Beans because I had great memories from 2019 while here with my husband. We got the same great service and the same great food as we did back then! The place had only changed with the new outdoor seating area. Great addition! It's nice knowing that you can go years without some of your favorite travel food and still get the same quality when you make it back! Can't wait to get back up there one day. And yes...I'm still addicted to the Barq's Red Cream Soda! Our sandwiches were great and the dessert was too!
