We have been Verizon customers for almost 10 years, the last 4 using prepaid verizon service. We went to this store on Monday a week ago to start up a new post paid plan at the price advertised online and told to us over the phone with a Verizon Customer Service rep. 4 lines free devices. None of which is what we got. Charged for activation and setup and taxes for free phones. No one explained this charge. The phones were not in stock in the store and were told would be "overnighted" only one device was in stock of a different version and we accepted that one and waited for the remaining 3. The devices did not arrive until Tuesday this week, over a week to receive an overnight delivery. Wednesday we went to pick them up and the store was closed middle of the day. Went today and asked for clarification on what we were charged and paid for on the 1st as we received the first bill for nearly the price we already paid. We were told the fee we paid was for the device set up and that we werent the first to complain but this is "how it was". The associate denied that he didn't tell us what the charge was for on the first day and became belligerent, condescending, and gesticulating so aggressively he nearly struck me while I was standing there. We asked for the devices we paid for so we could leave, he then stood up so rapidly his chair flew back and he stormed to the door to show us where the sign is that reads "Authorized Retailer" demanding we...
Read moreSUCH A JOKE! I got a response from the “Corporate” and the number isn’t even working!! Andrew, the manager, and his store are an absolute joke.
My husband and I switched to Verizon from sprint. We were told they would pay off the existing contract in full and we would definitely get better service. After 10pm every night we drop service and don’t have 5G available or anything- unless we connect to our home wifi. We have called the store and corporate MULTIPLE times. Nobody from the store has called us back or answered our calls. The people at Verizon corporate are only interested in us upgrading our plan.. which would be fine except we have the second to highest plan offered and the only difference we were told about is the better plan has unlimited hotspot. They didn’t pay sprint to get us out of the contract which means we’re out $600 plus our monthly payments go to two phones that lose service in the living room of our house. All in all everything about the switch has been terrible and I would never use this service again. The associate at the store was very nice but he essentially lied to us to get us to upgrade to the nicer phones and get the “better” plan that would provide us “better” service not to mention us losing our phones to trade back to sprint so we wouldn’t...
Read moreI would never recommend doing business here. This store traded out our phones and my moms, and gave us new ones. Stated that we may see a charge but that there will be a reversal. The charges never stopped and the reversal never came. We contacted Verizon Wireless ourselves after failed attempts to explain what was happening to the people in this store. Verizon found two of our phones that had been turned in & they were able to find the error and reverse the over charges as the manager was unable to figure out how to do this while on the phone with customer service along with me. However, the store itself has somehow “lost” our 3rd phone and has not called us back after many attempts after the manager says he will call us back in a day or 2. We are incredibly upset with how this store is handling...
