They mean well and are honest. I came to have my battery swapped on a Pixel 2 (a tough task that often breaks the screen). They warned me of the challenge with the screen stating I may need to buy a new screen. (They should charge more for every Pixel battery swap and use the extra to eat the cost of the screens that do break rather than leaving it to chance for each customer.) Sure enough my screen functionally broke. Unfortunately, they didn't have a functioning screen on hand and my phone was useless. One positive was they were able to lend me a phone for a day until they could fix it the next day with a new screen. However after that repair my microphone was now broken. They attempted to fix that but could not (at a reasonable cost). Another positive was they offered to replace my phone. Ultimately I asked for the money back they would have spent on the replacement and they agreed. On one hand they broke my phone but on the other hand, I ultimately wasn't charged anything and they tried all they could (losing money on me). So 4 stars I suppose. P.s. buying a new phone (Pixel 4) at Best Buy was over $200 cheaper than through them so it was best to go elsewhere once...

Recently went there to replace a cracked screen on a S20. They offered to overnight the screen which I declined. When I did bring it in to get replaced, the supplier didn't send the right color, which was fine by me as my phone sits in a case and I just wanted a replaced screen. They promptly did the replacement.
Upon taking my phone home I realized the service wasn't working as it should. I brought it in again and they looked it over and adjusted some things and sent me home again. It worked for that day then slowly lost service again. When I brought it in they said it was likely the screen and so they reordered a new one to replace it with.
They replaced the screen again when it came in, and my phone was finally working right. They even reordered a new back because the new one didn't say Samsung (again not an issue for me, but he wanted to be thorough) and a sim card tray so my phone would match.
Overall the staff were pleasant and friendly and never seemed annoyed despite my many visits in. I will definitely return to them if needed...
Read moreTook note 9 in to replace the frame, screen, and digitizer, the part ordered ended up the wrong color but I accepted that, needed the phone to work. They broke the back glass during the replacement and didn't have a spare replacement. Then wanted to charge me for the back glass saying they knew that it was likely it would break, if they did know that why didn't they have the part on hand to replace it? And why wasn't I told before I brought it in? Part came in 3 days later and I drove back there to get it put in, to their credit they didn't charge me, but after I got it home I realized they installed it crooked. No giant failure or malice I don't think, just lack of attention to detail. Especially on daily use devices sometimes...
