I came in with my 3 year old today to pick up some brick and sands - I came in the Garden Door and first person I saw name is Hayli- he was training someone at the checkout in the garden department- I had a 3 year old baby and I asked for help while he was standing talking to another lady- he seemed annoyed I interrupt his conversation- he then help the new cashier to ring me out and he happen to ring up a wrong “Sand” that I need for the pavers- I showed my phone to them showing them what sand I need- another person in Garden department name Keduse load my car with another guy who was nice- anyway I end up going home with the wrong sand and have to come back again with 13 bag of wrong sand with my 3 year old- I happen to meet Hayli again at the customer service explaining he ring me up the wrong one! He started arguing and rolled his eyes at me and started saying some stuff that I choose to zone out because I had a baby with me- I didn’t even want to look at his face because he was SOOOO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! If I didn’t have my baby I would’ve went off and snatch the receipt back and call for a store manager! What kind of customer service is this? He think I want to waste his time and energy ??? Or it is it MORE work for me because it’s the wrong item ?? Waste my gas , time, AND A BABY who run to the bathroom 10 times a day! Then when I reload - Keduse helped me against and apologies for the whole experience and even apologies for HAYLI because he saw how that rude that dude was to me! He was even rude to Keduse too! If not for Keduse helping me I would’ve not ever come back to this store again! At lease someone was nice and helpful- I had a 3 year old with me and its SO HARD to manage the baby while trying to purchase stuff and load everything! Home Depo need to look at their employee again- not everyone is bad but please look at the camera and see if that Hayli person really deserve to be training new employees on how to treat their client ! Read moreI had a very bad experience at that store, we got 70 bundles of brown shingles from the first load of 35 bundles 24 bundles were black, we had to bring all 24 bundles of match & mix back down of the rooftop. So the Home Depot employes will not take risk to go on the roof top, but GUESS WHAT, the manager of that store went on the rooftop without proper gear or permission from the home owner! That was when him & two of home depot employees went to the job site to take back the 24 bundles of the wrong colors. Went back to that store to pick up rest of the shingles they didn't have it! That manager send me to little burn store to pick up rest of the shingles, delay delay again!
I called Home Depot corporate about this issue on Monday & still no one have call me back from the corporate. We are talking about few days latter.
That same manager just called me & telling me he wants to make sure everything is ok! Really!
At lest for now, I don't recommend that store anymore & our company will no longer purchase anything from them until we hear from corporate.
We had to polagiz to our costumer for delay one day, and I gave our costumer big discount because every customer is very important to us, unlike that Home Depot store.
We had to pay double to have the guys work on Sunday to finish the work, where they all had plan for that Sunday, every personal plan for the whole staff was canceled, because of Home Depot mistakes.
Looking forward to hear from Home Depot corporate, or I'll forward the case to our lawyer. we have pictures & witnesses for all you read above. From unprofecobal handling by Home Depot.
If they delete this review, that would just put more fuel on the fire that they haven't put out properly.

Read moreThe guy who helped us pick out a grill gave us some communication problems, but he was still the most helpful person there. Everyone else, not so much. We tried to get a truck rental, since the guy who helped us said it was $19. When I check on it the lady tells me there are none available. I go outside, and there's one truck sitting outside, clear as day. I go back inside and alert the same lady to the fact that if there are no trucks available then why is one outside. She calls their rental department and the lady on speaker says none are available, and when I reminded them that there was one outside, the rental lady was taken off of speaker. The first lady then tells me that it's because it needs repairs. I leave, and while I'm outside trying to find a way to get the grill home, they come back out, all of a sudden that same truck is available. Now I'm not sure what their policy on rentals is, but they then wanted my ID, proof of insurance, and a $50 deposit for this "$19" rental. Hell, uhaul doesn't make someone go through those loops. My issue was with their crappy rental system, I'm sure the store itself was fine, but I cant recommend their rental system to anyone. Even customer service was shotty at best, because they made it such a hassle to work with us, or at least help us. I'd suggest a different location for something like this, maybe they'd be...
