A couple words of advice for management:

  1. Obscenely long fingernails have no place in any role handling or interacting with food.
  2. Medical infomercials have no place being played (especially on loop and ESPECIALLY regarding foot fungus for Gods sake) in a restaurant.
  3. Your cook staff needs some serious quality control.

Visit Time: 11:00AM

-Greeted by a pleasant host. -Immediately notice that half of the large televisions all over the restaurant are playing medical infomercials on loop... about foot fungus. -Only 3 tables in use in the entire gigantic restaurant, get seated right next to another table of customers. (WHY???) -Notice waitress has 2" long highly decorated fingernails.

-Place order ("Skirt Steak" Churrasco, Stuffed Plantain, Cheeseburger, Artichoke dip). -Waitress has a loud joking conversation with another employee on the other side of the area, directly across our table before walking away. -Waitress brings over empty appetizer plates and I can't help but notice her unreasonably long thumbnail dragging across the top plate. Upon inspection she had left a large oily thumbprint on the plate and the other two plates had crumbs on them from previous use. -Waitress brings over drinks, 2 of which were filled to the brim and dripping all over the table (Soda, so now sticky sugar is all over the glasses and table). She doesn't notice. -Server brings over someone elses food, puts it down directly in front of one of my party before we can even say it's not ours, then takes it and walks it to another table. -I flag our waitress down and say, "Could I please get some napkins? When you brought our drinks some got spilled." She brings me napkins, doesn't apologize and walks away while my party is actively wiping up the mess she made.

-Server brings our food. -I immediately notice that my "10oz Skirt Steak" looks suspiciously like a 8oz Sirloin (which conveniently is also on the menu... and cheaper). The steak is barely seasoned and even though cooked to the requested temperature it was incredibly dry. The chimichurri butter had been carelessly slapped onto the side of the steak and had slid off leaving a glob of butter resting next to a steak with virtually nothing on it. -The artichoke dip was clearly just microwaved and was far too hot to eat when first brought out. -The rest of the food received "it was alright"s from the others in my party.

All said and done we spent $100 for a shockingly subpar (and in some cases straight up bad) meal for three. What a...

Just left and HIGHLY disappointed. We haven't been in a while, but when we would go it was always packed. Today on a Friday night it's pretty empty. I came with my daughter, and my husband, from the start the waitress was alittle pushy while we were placing our order. I ordered the pineapple bowl and she instantly went to my husband, I politely let her know that order was for my daughter and I was not done, no problem.

We place our order, get everything, and pretty much don't see her until we ask for the check. We waited the entire meal for a refill, until we just gave up and started putting on our coats and agreed that we would just ask for to go boxes, the check and to just wrap up the dinner.

Once we started putting on our jackets, she reappears and apologizes about the drinks, but the entire time we saw two teas sitting in front of us, but were told they had to make more. Then to top it off she picked up the kiosk machine and begin to check us out and made sure to tell us that a 20% gratuity is to be added.

My husband politely removed the machine from her and proceeded to finish paying himself.( we didn't know we paid on it) and put the tip we feel was fair. We usually leave no less than $20, EVER as a tip. We are not sure what the issue was but it was not a great experience and we will not be back.

The food was nothing special either, and definitely is much different from when we would go a while ago, but that was OK, the service is what I could not get past. We were considering calling a manager but just agreed to...

Food was pretty good overall. I had to dock points off for restaurant cleanliness and my entree being over sauced. When my party arrived to our table we had to ask a server to clean the food out of the booth so that we could sit. I also couldn’t help but notice dirty napkins in the seats at the clean table-top booth next to us. I also noticed that the party that was seated follow us had to ask for their booth seats to be cleaned. I understand if you guys are short staffed and don’t have a busboy but whomever is cleaning the table tops should also wipe down the seats.

On the food side; The crab dip was tasty and so was the chicken and shrimp jerk pastas. The coconut shrimp was pretty basic nothing special but not bad. My personal entree of the jerk shrimp pineapple bowl was good. However, luckily I liked the jerk sauce that comes on the dish because it was DRENCHED in the sauce. I couldn’t even differentiate the peppers from the pieces of pineapple nor onions. All I could taste was the overpowering sauce. Also Heavy pass on the seafood chowder. The kitchen initially prepared me the wrong entree dish so my server offered me a cup of chowder while I waited for a remake and it was terrible. The chowder tasted vinegary. I’m not sure if something went bad in the chowder or what but that was TERRIBLE. I didn’t even mind that there was no seafood in it because I...

We recently had a fantastic dining experience at Bahama Breeze, thanks in large part to our server, Melissa. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere transported us to a coastal vacation spot, with its delightful layout and decorations that exuded Florida charm. Despite a busy night, we were promptly seated within 6 minutes of arriving, setting a positive tone for the evening. Melissa, our server, was a standout star. Her warm demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu made us feel welcome and well taken care of. She provided excellent customer service, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The efficiency of the service was impressive. Our food arrived at the table in less than 10 minutes after ordering, served piping hot just as we like it. We indulged in the Beef empanadas,Lobster Shrimp Linguine and Seafood Paella, both of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. To complement our meal, we enjoyed refreshing beverages—a virgin Bahamarita and the flavorful Painkiller cocktail. The combination of delicious food, attentive service, and music made this quite a dining experience. Bahama Breeze, particularly with Melissa as our server, proved to be the ideal destination for a night out. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a taste of coastal paradise with outstanding service. We can't wait to return!
