First I'd like to state that I don't frequent this store too often, but when I do some of the employees tend to be super nice and helpful, others not so much. Today I only had a few items and was second in line to be rung out. As it was nearing my turn I noticed that a customer that was returning shoes at the register had irked one of the associates. I was "fortunate" enough to get this associate who was clearly not having a good day. As she called on me to come up to the register there were no greetings which was fine, not everyone is a robot and wants to spark up conversations with other people, I get it. My first question to the associate was if they accepted Apple Pay and she responded with a cold "no". After this I then asked if I could put the items that I had on hold to come back for them later and she proceeded to sigh with discontent and snarkily respond with "ugh, for how long?" At this point I was done with her attitude and decided against purchasing anything since it was obviously a hassle for her to work where people ask questions. I told her to forget about it and as I started to make my way out she continued to take the items that I had given her and THROW them in a bin making a loud sound that had other customers in the store look around to see what the noise was. I had all makeup items and I'm sure some of the eyeshadows broke with the force she put behind throwing them. Unfortunately she wasn't wearing a name tag so I don't know her name. She was mid 50's, brown hair with light blonde highlights that was shoulder length and she was wearing a ton of bracelets. I understand people have off days and with that being said, if you are 100% rude to someone you have never met AND you work retail, FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION, IT'S NOT FOR YOU HONEY! I really didn't want to leave this review, but I'm sure they've had more than one problem with this associate and it needs to...
Read moreThe staff here is clueless, mostly the new girl at the register. Or I would hope she is new with what I just dealt with. On top of that they were all lost as to how to sell a shoe they have on their racks. If you have something on your rack for sale, it’s for sale. Not my fault you put the wrong shoe out as you claim. Just wanted it for herself was all. What a complete disgrace honestly. Wish I would have caught her name but I was so annoyed at that point I just wanted out. I’ll be glad to spend my money elsewhere! Never again at this location. Lady was skinny and African American and worked today. The only one up at the register so not hard to figure out who it was by the schedule. She honestly needs to be fired with her lack of knowledge and attitude.
Forgot to add that the lady said she will be sending the returned shoe back to Nordstrom when they are Nordstrom rack and that’s clearly why it was returned due to the flaws on the shoe. So why is this bad? Because they want to send it back to the main store and be reboxed as they say and sold as new…. There are so many things wrong with this whole situation and if I were you I would not give this place a dime. They are not only liars, but try and resell used product as new? That’s literally what I was told today....
Read more⚠️WARNING Today while shopping at this location I was filmed by a man in the stall right next to mine through the underneath opening in the walls of the dressing room while I was changing. The man put his phone in his shoe and positioned it directly towards me 3 separate times. Photo proof and A police report has been filed but the man was not stopped before leaving and did leave the store. waiting on footage from the store since the manager was not able to access today. Very disappointed that this was even able to happen as there should be no reason to have openings between dressing room stalls, Please beware of your surroundings when changing and keep your eyes out for peeping toms. Completely violated and hoping this man gets caught and that the Nordstrom team provides the officer with the...
