Won’t be ordering from here again. Ordered 3 dozen buntinis for my daughter’s graduation party. 8/10 Had a family member do the pickup, they gave her 2 dozen after she asked them if they are sure bc she was told 3. So she gets back to the house where we are all busy setting up to start the party in like 10 min. I call them say hey you shorted us a box. They said they would have it ready, so we have to drive back, annoying, but whatever. So then she tells me on the phone I’m gonna get a refund for that box no worries. So when the family member gets back with the third box… the box is smaller. I paid extra for grad caps sticks in all of them. Didn’t get that. When I got my “refund” it was $29.97 when I paid 39.97 for those. Clearly they aren’t paying attention. The amount of running around on a busy day I will never trust them to have stuff ready and what I paid for. I paid $108, had to make 2 trips back, while preparing for a party, then to not even get what I paid for and shorted on the refund....
Read moreI cannot tell you how utterly blown away and impressed I am with this location. When they call their staff joymakers, there is no better word to use. We've been a big fan of the cakes for a very long time, and we've gotten the cakes from various locations for various purposes. However, this location has always been a bright point of our day not only with receiving the cakes, but their service, kindness, and overall energy is so amazing.
Coming from a fellow business owner, seen staff really be courteous and go out of their way is a breath of fresh air and really makes me applaud not only the staff themselves, but also The management of this specific location.
We had an issue come up where we had to get the cake early, and not only were they accommodating but they were so friendly and helpful that we got so excited we ended up buying twice as much. This will forever be our home location to get our nothing bundt cakes. Thank you so much again for your help, and for making my day...
