Walgreens — Local services in Dundee Township

The Pharmacist Manu P, was very rude and unprofessional. When going on a surprise vacation by my husband we had to delay by a day thanks to him. My husband's refill was not due until the next day. I asked him "you will not fill them or you cannot ?" His response "how many days will you be gone?". Without even looking at the screen Mr. Manu P informed me that my husband had gotten them early on prior occasions so he should have enough for five days. We had to wait because the doctor's office was closed so they could not be called to Minnesota's pharmacy. When we picked them up the next day it showed they had been filled the day before. The day he refused to give them to us. So we looked it up and sure enough, it was filled out that day. So how accurate would his counting be if bottles are filled early but not given to the patient the day of but at a later day? Regardless he was rude and smirked at me the whole time. He ignored me when I said he did not have them. I was upset to have to tell my grandmother, oh sorry we will not be there for two days now. Please do not worry and recook dinner we will take you out. Bless her heart she said " I will pray for him to heal so that whatever is making him so upset that he is lashing out at others will go away"...she ended up remaking half of it and felt awful we had to have it re-heated. I've been to many Walgreens Pharmacies throughout the U.S. without any problems. The one in Dundee, Michigan is dishonest and incompetent. When I called to have my prescription filled, the women on the phone kept taking my information wrong, while talking and laughing with another employee. I had to call my home Walgreens in Florida to transfer a prescription, and the Dundee Walgreens hung the phone up on the Florida Walgreens twice. This brought me to actually drive to the Dundee Walgreens to speak to them in person, as to avoid any more problems with communication. When I calmly described what had been happening, a female pharmacy tech, who wasn't involved in the conversation started yelling at me, telling me I should get my prescription filled at the pharmacy it was written at. My home Walgreens is 14 hours away in Florida. The actual pharmacist working said she'd contact my pharmacy, have it transferred and filled. 5 minutes later, the pharmacist shift ended, she thanked the female tech who yelled at me, didn't contact my pharmacy, walked past me with a stupid grin on her face, and left the store. So now I'm left with no refill, and will have to have my wife share her same medication with me until we return to Florida, which is illegal, but medically necessary. Ok ,, here we go again,,, so last Wednesday went to get a script , The two girls working couldn’t and didn’t know how to put an insurance card in system !! So I talked to mng Tim next day !!! He apologized said he’d refund the co pay , I pulled review down ! After him telling me he’s got the best stores ??? Ok looking at reviews ,, I highly doubt this ! So Go back in pharmacy yesterday the Nov 3 & had the bag with amount in it due to b refunded ,,, And they needed actual receipt! Well the girls didn’t give a receipt!!!! That’s all we had !! So we leave and lady calls back ,,, After we’re back in 23 ,,, and said oh sorry we can refund your money sir !! What the heck ! Seriously people need to get it together there !!!! And realize gas isn’t free ! Nor is time ! And after he ran insurance it was zero co -pay ! He has other scripts at Monroe Walgreens & they too still don’t have his blue cross in system !!! Who is the district mng ??? They are not doing their jobs period ! I pulled first review ! Not pulling this one ! Brought in what they gave us ! Because that’s all we had !
