Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Dundee Township

I've been going here for about a year and normally I have no issues. But you can usually tell the quality of a business based on how they handle customer complaints and boy did the manager with the Spanish accent fail. I order egg whites with cheese on an English muffin. I'm a vegetarian and dont eat meat and haven't for 15 years. Eating it will make me sick. The manager started off by attempting to blame me for ordering something unusual and after I pointed out this is the first time it's been wrong in a year he then blames the new employee. He told me to come back which I said I can't because I have an hour and a half commute to work to which he said oh you were here 1.5 hours ago further proving he didn't care about customer service and wasn't listening to me. The food tastes great if I can get it! Everytime I go there half the menu is not available. Maybe there should be something that let's you know that the item isn't available. Maybe with the the little "Hello, just so you know we sold out a few items, can I take your order." I seriously had to change my order like 5 times because the girl working drive through kept telling me they had stuff but they didn't. And for the love of god who ever working drive through Wednesday, September 21 at 3:45 needs to SPEAK UP!! She mumbles, and speaks so softy through the speaker, I can't hear her... hopefully conditions improve, I'll be returning to find out, I like this place, but it embarrasses me to have my out of town friends come here. Mixed experiences. Sometimes they are super friendly and sometimes you get somebody who doesn't even say a word to you. Overall, 4/5 most the time. However, normally when you go to a Tim Hortons anywhere, the Iced Capps taste all the same. This one store only has somebody who works there who makes them different (I think maybe the gentleman but not sure). They're incredibly bitter and once or twice, they have been bad enough, I've thrown away my drink. Normally, they're sweet and mild but a lot of times lately, they've been kind of bitter and less pleasant. I still frequent occasionally but less inclined to get iced capps and just food. I think they should all review the mix recommendations and try to get all on the same page just so the drinks are consistent - and I don't mean to be rude by that but just...
