I would give this a zero if I could figure out how. Disappointing is being polite. We were told at 542 PM that they were closing at 6. Keep in mind my arms were quickly filling up with merchandise. There were 4 in my family shopping. As we felt pressured to checkout the lady (stacey?) Explained they had opened late due to the storm and people didnt want to travel out and closing early.because of the lack of business. My question to myself was, "if you're getting business now why not take it!?" At least 5 to 6 more people began to trickle in and were promptly told they were closing at 6. WHY IF YOUVE HAD NO APPARENT BUSINESS ALL DAY AND ARE NOW GETTING IT WOULD YOU TURN IT AWAY!? then they turned off open sign at 556. This was highly regarded as rude and will never get my business again. I was tempted to drop everything and leave. It would seem a business who is struggling would be a little flexible in order to keep customers and make a few bucks seeing they had such little business during the day. When I lightly joked that maybe the dinner rush at the Chinese restaurant would benefit this business nothing was said. But then again, what can one say while rushing customers out...

This location has a store and then a donation site right next to it. We made our very 1st visit to the donation site and I was very discouraged. We were dropping off small furniture and clothing and all sorts of great things and the 2 ladies inside were awful. They never opened the door they never even made eye contact they never said thank you they never said Hey do you need a receipt there was just absolutely no help and my husband was trying to get a piece of furniture through the door and they just sat there......WOW REALLY!! If anyone wants a great location to drop your things off for goodwill try the Adrian or tecumseh locations. Anytime we have stopped by those locations the moment they see a vehicle they come out the door with an oversized bin and assist you with anything that you need to drop off your items it is just spectacular it is a smiling face and a great greeting that just makes you feel good about dropping your stuff off to help others. This place is so disappointing. I tried going here at 6:30 one day, (I checked online and it said they close at 8) I showed up and they are closed. Today, I called the store at 7 and asked if they were open, they tell me yes: until 8, and then they hang up on me. I arrive here now at 7:25 and after they see my car pull into the parking lot they quickly shut off the open sign, which I am standing right in front of. So far I am 0/2 for trying to give this place my business, and I am convinced the staff does...
