Smelled great walking up. We were seated right away about 715 on a Friday. The restaurant was half empty. My server was very busy but got to us quickly. Ordered a salted Carmel martini it came about a half inch low witch if you drink martinis you know thats half empty, the Carmel from the rim had dripped down the outside of the cup and was dripping on the table. There was only about a quarter of the rim with the sugar salt mix on it. I couldn't pick up my drink without getting it all over me. i let the server know but instead of cleaning up the mess I was given some napkins to clean it myself so now i have a sticky table. The drink was good just not full. I ordered the Traditional deviled eggs they came out quickly but you could tell they were old due to the rubbery feeling of the whites and had the taste of dill in them so not actually traditional acording to google. I do not like dill and would not have ordered them if i knew. My server was not sure of what 4 Cheeses were in the Quesadilla and had to ask the kitchen. My daughter is very picky about her cheeses. I ordered an ohana burger with bacon medium my son ordered a regular burger medium. As soon as the food came out before we could look at it the the manager stop and asked if everything was OK my son said ya sure. The burgers came out well done and the bacon half black burnt . I also asked for some mayonnaise they gave us a bottle of kraft mayonnaise that said on the bottle that it did not need to be Refrigerated that worried me Because it also said it had eggs in it.After waiting a bit well the server was in the back. I let her know the problems but all that was said was I'm sorry its not to your satisfaction. I watched the server talk to the manager and they just stood there rolling there eyes like I was a problem to them and the manager never addressed it or came over to talk to me about it. My daughters $9 grill cheese was acceptable (her words) the draft root beer was great. I never ate any of the burger. I payed the bill 90$ tipped more that 20% and left. This was my first time here and was Very disappointed. Will not be back. (I have edited this review because the resturant reply to my review claimed I fabricated my experience and i shouldn't have named the server so I removed the servers name and added some of the other thing that were wrong with my visit.) I was trying to be nice but now you get to know about most of the things that were wrong. There Used to be something called customer service and quality service. But that went out the window a long time ago with restaurants. I eat out about 7 time a week and this was by far the worst experience I have had in a while. All the manager would have had to do is offer to remake the burger cooked properly and this bad review would have never happened. Im not trying to get free food, just the food the way I ordered it. if I'm paying for it, it should be correct. I originally gave a 3 star review but because they want to say I lied now you get a 1 star. Please try...

Went back with the family. When we asked for a table the 1st host was already walking with menus and silverware towards a booth. The hostess tried to tell him we requested a table but the music was so loud he couldn't hear her from 7 feet away.
Asked the server to turn down the music as it was so loud she could barely get our drink orders. She turned it down, some, but we still had to use raised voices to hear each other at the table.
They have reduced their menu size down. It was kinda small to start with but now it's basically Burgers/Steak/Salmon/Fried stuff and salad. Bummer, the Pork chop was the only thing special about the place.
I ordered a Devil burger (bacon cheese burger with 2oz of devil egg filling). Another at the table ordered a bowl of chilli. They forgot my bacon. The chili was cold. They brought me some bacon out when I pointed out to the server after sha asked "can I get you anything else" (shouldn't she at least have noticed before bringing out the food?). The bacon comes out on its own plate, covered in grease and guess what? COLD.
At this point there is nothing else on their menu I would care for, and at this point the burger was cold. I decided to just send off the burger and just eat the fries. If you can't make a burger I'm definitely not going to challenge you with a steak.
Also something to note, all the entries that come with sides, have an interesting caveat... They list a bunch of sides you need to pay an "upcharge" for, but don't explicitly list what it does come with for no extra charge. After careful review of the menu, you have your choice of about 3 different types of POTATOES. They have veg sides, but if you want them whip out the wallets.
The manager came out and offered a "I'm so sorry I hear we've been dropping the ball all over the place tonight". She didn't looked phased or surprised to hear what happened. She admitted they microwave the Chili and was a little surprised when she heard that had to be sent back, to be re-re-heated. She offered me something else instead but again, if you didn't get a basic Bacon Cheese Burger right (at 15.75 how don't you) after two tries, yeah I'm gonna wait and eat something at home. Go somewhere else they can't even properly use...
Read morePositives: The hamburgers--a mixture of chuck, brisket, and short rib--are five star. No better combination of meat in a burger. The manager who seated me was very nice; and our waiter provided adequate, friendly service. Negatives: Like many restaurants, this one will lose business because their music is much too loud. I am a former restaurant/nightclub manager. Good music can enhance the ambience of a bar/restaurant like this. But when the music is too loud to carry on a conversation or conduct a business lunch, then some customers won't return--or come in as often as they would otherwise. Also, our waiter (though a nice young man) was unkempt, with blue jeans that were completely wrinkled and falling down. While most of the wait and management staff looked sharp with clean, pressed jeans and shirts, this waiter's appearance was slovenly and unkempt. Once again--casual attire for waitstaff is fine--but it should be neat and presentable--otherwise it reflects poorly upon the restaurant. Also, some of the kitchen staff have a similar unkempt, dirty appearance. While they could get away with this they remained behind the scenes, if they are spending time in the dining room, they should dress more neatly. Condiments should be kept on the table. Having the server bring them out each time a meal is served creates extra work for servers; and since they sometimes forget, creates an unnecessary issue for customers, who have to flag down their server to get salt or ketchup. Lastly, food presentation needs more attention. When you have the best burger in the county, you want to do more than just slap it on a plate with some fries. Add a pickle or garnish--and make the presentation of the burger as good as the burger itself. These issues are easily correctable and would put this restaurant in 4 to...
