Boot Barn — Local services in Durango

I am a first time visitor to Boot Barn website, and I just ordered some beautiful dresses from from them. There's like twelve or more pages of just dresses!

My daughter is getting married on July 27th, and I need the perfect dress for her outdoor country Colorado wedding. I found my dress on the BB website after searching several other sites; turning up option-less.

I called their customer service, because I was having trouble checking out. I spoke with Shawanda, and she was extremely helpful! She was friendly and personable, and she gave me free UPS shipping as a courtesy, because their web site was in a funk.

I will definitely shop again with Boot Barn online. My experience today was exemplary.

This place is arguably the best clothing retailer from here to Sante Fe. The selection is spot on for the diverse demographic in the region and the lay out is very comfortable, appealing and very well thought out. The primary staff (both managers and their immediate support) are phenomenal with a professionalism matching a doctors office in addition to having charming personalities. They have been most helpful while picking out $1k+ worth of clothing and boots which was not always strait forward on their end requiring advanced ordering and return procedure in addition to patience. I feel that by using my Boot Barn rewards card, receiving points with my purchases then paying it off I received the very best value for my money spent. Picked some boots as a gift and noticed one boot had some discoloring and creasing. Brought it to the register where I patiently waited for about 5 minutes before someone came to check us out. Madison was our cashier and we asked if there were any more of the same boots selected in the back. She took a moment to answer and looked bothered to even respond to me. She polished up the boot with Bick 4 and very awkwardly continued to check me out. I felt she was rude to me but nice to other people on the other side of the register giggling and chatty about a perfume scent while I tried to get her to answer my question about the return policy on the boots.
