I usually have good experiences at this store, however, the last time I dealt with them it was horrible. My wife bought my son a Vans t-shirt for Christmas, turned out it had a hole in it, no big deal right? Just exchange it for another shirt right? Not so easy at this store. The shirt still had tags and was never worn but I had no receipt. The salesman refused to do anything. No exchange, no gift card, nothing. I went home and checked Zumiez Corporate website return policy. It clearly states that returns without a receipt will receive a gift card. The called the store back and asked the same salesperson to honor his employer’s policy and he said would have to see what he could do. After reminding him again what the store’s policy was according to Corporate he said again he would try but he couldn’t promise anything!    Read moreMy 8 year old son got a gift card to get a skateboard at Zumiez . Izzy was so helpful and friendly and made it such a special experience for him . She helped him pick the perfect board and taught him things throughout the assembly. She was really amazing. Adam was great also. He checked out the finished board and told my son he picked some cool stuff . They both went above and beyond to make an excited little guy feel really cool!!
