The Eagle Plein Air Festival is a fantastic opportunity for plein air artists of every skill level. It is headquartered at Finer Frames Gallery in Eagle, Idaho. The Festival runs 7 days including a day for awards, sales and party. Each day has a theme, location or event for painters or you may choose to paint anywhere in a 50 mile radius.
