Went inside with my daughter to buy something for her and I to put together as a team. We’re pretty excited to get a new hobby. Walked in and the employees looked at us and kept doing what they were doing. We walked around in the store for at least 25 minutes and were still ignored. Eventually a young kid asked if we were still doing ok. Still??? No one asked is if we’re needed help with anything to begin with. Finally I asked if they usually just ignored customers. The chubby guy didn’t even pause his conversation and the young guy just laughed and went right back to tinkering with legos. I was prepared to spend quite a lot in their store. Had a tank and classic car in mind. But when you receive customer service like ours, I’ll just order online rather than contribute to these punks!!!
After posting this my daughter and I went to breakfast. I mentioned our experience at the Lego store, and she mentioned that the manager was sitting two tables down from us. She went over and talked to him about what happened and he had us come over and explain to him in person what had happened. He was not happy about it and asked us if we wanted to come down after our breakfast. We did and he gave my daughter a very generous gift certificate. We were very excited about this. I wasn’t trying to get us anything free or anything. We definitely didn’t expect a gift. The employees that had ignored us earlier, came over and apologized. It was very nice to know that our opinion mattered. The manager is quite a gentleman, and it was very attentive to our needs. This is very refreshing I will...
Read moreThis store is INCREDIBLE!!! It not only has a huge selection of Legos, but it is also clean and detailed. They carry some sets that are no longer made, and this varies as people come in and buy them. They have sets from all of the lines and the prices are in line with anywhere and everywhere else.
I thought to myself that being an employee there would be cool. Granted it is retail but they have built a number of sets themselves to show people what they would look like. That part, to me at least, would be fun. Plus they have a room (What with the pandemic is probably not used as much as it used to be) that allows people (Probably mostly kids) to build Legos, most likely as a party.
The staff are very polite and knowledgeable, and as I said they are clean. Probably Lego fans themselves as I heard one of them talking with someone about one of the Lego YouTube creators that they follow and a recent video.
If you are local to them (And I was willing to ride my bike a nice ways to do this) go and check them out. Like a kid in a candy store, or just about anyone in a...

Great selections, awesome party set up... not one tear! All the kids had an excellent time and were really excited, so much happiness! Felt like we had enough time for the party and cake and presents... They make it very personal with Lego banners and happy birthday banners .... so much to look at , had Lego sets I've never even seen...the only suggestion I have to improve the experience would be to add a few seats for parents to get off thier feet for a minute... Easy 5 star and I highly recommend this place for a birthday party! 🎂...
