Amy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in East Brunswick Township

Since big box stores, Amazon & online has dominated sales in greeting cards business, it’s nice to be able to go to in store experience. We need to support store like Hallmark store to survive. I have been going to this location for my yearly Christmas Keepsake Ornament event. Staff here will gladly to help you find your sought after ornaments. They will even hold or add you on waiting list for when an ornament is out of stock. And that, you can’t get that kind of service online. I was only planning to buy my ornaments, as you can see, there are so many gifts & collectibles available...

I was in here to return a item that cost $24.95. After refusing to fill out a book worth of forms, the sales associate became very nasty and unprofessional. This employee needs to take a customer service class. This incident took place on 07/23/14 at 12:13 PM.

I will add that their sales associated working on Monday morning was very professional and helpful.
