I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your store. Today, I visited the store after confirming through your app that a specific product was in stock, with multiple options available. However, upon arrival, I was unable to locate the product.

Seeking assistance, I approached an associate who briefly directed me to a general area but did not offer any further help. After an unsuccessful search, I approached another associate, who appeared to be a manager. He informed me that the items had been shipped out over two months ago and that the app’s information was incorrect.

I felt disrespected and underappreciated as a customer. There was no effort made to assist me further, such as checking the availability at another location or offering an alternative solution. My family and I left the store feeling as though we were an inconvenience.

This experience was incredibly disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expect from Dick’s Sporting Goods. I urge you to address the discrepancies in your inventory system and improve customer service to ensure no other customer feels the way...

This sporting goods store has everything for just about everyone. There are rifles and hunting bows for the sportsman and shooting enthusiasts. They offer boats, kayaks and fishing rods and tackle for those people who enjoy the water. Baseball, football and basketball equipment is available. Golf clubs for golfers. Bowling balls and shoes for bowlers. Bicycles for casual, racing and mountain riding. Soccer equipment.Tennis racquets Sportswear for all the above activities. Fishing licenses can be purchased here. They offer repair services for most of the equipment they sell. I rank them second to Bass Pro/Cabellas shops. Overall, all good...

It's a big box store, so you get everything that entails. Most of the staff are friendly, some are not... Most of the time they have pretty good stock, sometimes they do not... It is smaller than some other nearby stores and the selection isn't as big as the store in Woodbridge, for example. The golf department has been hit or miss for me personally. It's tough to find someone to help you, the selection isn't always great with bigger ticket items like clubs and shoes but solid with consumables like balls and gloves. If you know what you need and can pick it up quick this fits the bill but for more involved purchases it might not be the best...
