I visited this location on 12/27/21 to find a sweatsuit for my boyfriend, since we didn’t have any luck at the Arundel Mills location. They didn’t have the hoodie in his size, but had the pants, so a sales associate helped us place an order for the hoodie and we purchased the pants in the store. By the way, the store is clean, easy to shop and well stocked - especially surprised about the stock since Christmas had just passed.
About a week later, I realized I hadn’t received a shipping notification and called the store to check the status of my order. I believe the sales associate who answered was Brooke. Brooke was awesome! She let me know that the hoodie was just sitting in limbo waiting to be fulfilled due to low inventory. She offered to call around to a few stores or cancel the order.
