Brandon is SO nice and personable. He advised me about a problem with my vape, called their other location when this one didn't have what I needed, and was just so friendly and awesome. Why can't employees at every business be like him?! You go to, like, a fast food restaurant (not naming names..) and they don't greet you or smile and you wonder if they've ever been taught anything about customer service.. Then you come to ECigs and you're like, "Wow. This is how you should be treated when you spend money in a place!".. If any of my friends vaped (my best friend is lame and smokes), I'd never stop bugging them til they came here, bc I know no other store could compare. Mark is also awesome. But the fact that I came in less than an hour before closing, and Brandon was still so helpful and really went out of his way to make me happy, speaks volumes. This is by far my favorite place to get everything I need, and I've visited dozens of stores across the country. Not only do they have a wide range of hardware to meet you at the level and price, all of the staff are welcoming and provide advice and education to get you setup with the gear and flavors you need.

They also produce all of their own juices, both house and premium flavors, and are constantly coming up with new flavors. The prices are unmatched and they have a rewards system as well as frequent sales.

The staff is great, welcoming and non judgmental; not the same feeling you get at every shop in the area. Mark, Chris, Josh, Steph and the crew have years of knowledge and experience; don't hesitate to ask questions.
