Love love love love!!!! Absolutely highly recommend this place to any fisherman or woman!!! I cannot say anything bad about this place! If they had more room inside and were able to have a bigger selection of clothes it would be my 2nd favorite store! The guys are so friendly and knowledgeable! I reached out to them on Instagram and they were quick to respond and very helpful in what I was looking for! I was able to get my Christmas shopping just about completed for my significant other without him seeing what he was getting! The guys were so awesome in helping me not ruin the surprise and even snuck the one item out a side door for me! I cannot say anything negative about this place at all! I truly wish they were closer to me but they are definitely worth the almost 3 hour drive!! I would say make a day trip out of it! You won't regret it I promise. Every other sport has a coach telling you what to do, Fishing isn’t one of those sports. We must rely on others as you seek information and take the step to reach out for guidance. There is nothing more important than the mentors, teachers and advisors who surround themselves with people who simply fish.This tackle shop has created a strong community of well informed anglers that communicate their experiences. Was here today to outfit two future conventional anglers/ fisherman. Explained what I was looking for. A young gentleman initially helped me, very jovial, and informative. He was getting off work, so he handed me off to another gentleman from behind the counter. He enthusiastically took the time to introduce several choices of rods and reels, as well as some Trilene, ( when I was a conventional angler I preferred Stren or Maxima). The choice was made,St Croix Triumph rods in medium light action 6' long, two Shimano Senna Reels both equipped with 6 pound olive Trilene, , a few odds and ends to get these two anglers on pan fish and both smallmouth and largemouth bass.I can't say enough about the service and hospitality. For conventional angling this store and it's staff Rock. Be back for bait next weekend. BTW this setup will Rock...
