Would have given Olympia five stars until today. Let me preface this by stating that in the past six weeks we've placed NINE orders with Olympia since April 4, 2018 for a total of $377.09, including tips.
I called tonight to request they make a correction to an order and not only was I LAUGHED AT, but the "owner" of the store who identified himself as "Steve" told me that if what was delivered to me what not good enough, they didn't want me as a customer. Needless to say, I was shocked.
We have called the store exactly TWICE to request that next time they please send extra-extra well done fries, which is an option on their menu that you can request. "Steve" said we "call to complain every time" we place an order, which is really, really not true. We have called TWICE. Yep, they sent replacement fries tonight and they are cooked as ordered. Would you eat these? Again, nine orders in six weeks time. Two complaints in three years and the "owner" says he doesn't want our business.
I was so shocked after this call I added up how much we've spent at Olympia Pizza just this year and our orders from the last six weeks alone total $377.09. I couldn't look back over the entire year without pulling up our credit card statement, which at this point is really not worth my time.
I'm still stunned. But we will never, ever order from Olympia again after this kind of...

Read moreDecided to try Olympia for the first time this evening. Placed a delivery order around 4:30 for 2 cheesesteaks and fries. I was told to expect them in 30 minutes. 6:15, still nothing. I called to inquire about the status of my order and the girl that answered was immediately stumbling on her words, but did admit to remembering taking my order. First she said my salads would be here shortly. I told her I didn't order salads. Then she told me that they didn't have the correct phone number for me, although they never asked for one. Then she told me I wasn't here when they knocked, also not accurate. I haven't moved from my couch since placing the order. But then she revealed my food hadn't even been prepared. I suppose they knocked @ an invisible house with ghost food. Needless to say, I canceled the order. Making excuses and offering no resolution is far worse than admitting you made a mistake.
