The owner of this store is very rude! His Customer Service Skill is very poor. He never greeted us when me, my sister and 6 year old niece came into the store. He sat in a chair in the back and talk to us from there. There was tables surrounded the doors for social distancing which I completely understand. But itās a small space where we can stand. Plus the jewelry was on the back walls. I just simply wanted to get a necklace with the letter āTā on it and the first thing that came out of this mans mouth was Quote āYou need to put your words to together so that it makes senseā. I have a speech impairment so I do stumble on my words. But, that completely went over my head, however my sister noticed what he said. She told him maybe if came from the back and to greet your customers you can hear what we have to say. So my sister told the owner again what I wanted. The guy pointed to the jewelry on the wall and said this is what we have. We couldnāt see it and asked can he bring the chains with the letters to the front. How are we supposed to buy something if we canāt see it. The owner started talking over us that the chains are fake. So I asked do you have a chain with the letter āTā he said āNoā. So by now I wanted to leave and said letās go because he was very rude. I had $120 in my pocket and was willing to pay anything for that chain for my god sons first birthday party next week. I was completely disappointed. As my sister was telling him his customer service is bad and he shouldnāt treat customers like that. She even told him the way you treat your friends and family you shouldnāt treat others the same and he called her a āB**chā. At this point I told her to walk out to de-escalate. He probably thought we was broke walking around and wasting his time. Little did he know I spend money on anything I want. If I could buy three or four chains than that would of been great. i will go to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never submitted a review. However, after several encounters with Jamil Jeweler I felt compelled. The first encounter, I gathered all my broken and old pieces of silver in my jewelry box and bought to him. I gave him an idea of what I wanted. I wanted him to make 2 flat bracelets similar to what my mother wore 50 years ago. When I picked them up, he said I had enough silver for 4 bracelets and he added a ring and earrings to match. The pieces surpassed my expectation. I was so impressed with his honesty to not keep the extra silver, but to make the extra pieces with the excess silver and not charge me for the additional work. My 2nd encounter, I had a bracelet that I kept breaking because it was made of thin silver, but I love to wear because it is special to me. I told him my idea and I just picked it up and again, the results exceeded my expectation!!! I wish I had a photo of the piece before I gave it to him, so I could post a before and after, his work is Amazing. Thanx Jamil, I look forward to my piece, Iāll be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI proposed to my fiancĆ© and did it the old school way of leaving everything a surprise. The ring was about half a size too small. The next morning a Sunday I called roughly 15 jewelers to get it resized most were closed some said next week a couple said drop it off and weāll get it done in a few days. Jamil asked a couple questions about the ring I explained itās platinum and I understand itās more difficult to resize. He said bring it in and we will do whatever we can to get it right. He fitted and re fitted the ring until it was perfect and he did all of the work 15 feet away from us so you can see the attention to detail and most importantly you can see the ring you have spend thousands of dollars on in front of you the entire time. When he finished and I asked how much it was so reasonable that I paid him double because he and heās craftsmanship is totally worth it. If youāre looking for a old school jeweler thatās been there done that and professional...
