A sample if the flooring we wanted to match for replacement was provided to Paul who told us repeatedly about all of his experience installing flooring and how knowledgeable we was in flooring.

Flooring came in, picked it up, unwrapped it and was very disappointed. The sample, manufacturer, model; color, etc. Was all provided up front. Our expert did not check the size of the squares in the flooring. Original sample was 7"; what was ordered and received was 12". New owner was not happy.

Called Paul and told him and the expert was very arrogant and said it could be returned but he would not reorder anything without requesting a sample from the manufacturer so that would take 5 to 7 days and another week on top of that to get replacement flooring in knowing full well the contractor was in the middle of the construction job. Owner could not wait another 2 weeks with a kitchen and laundry room torn out.

Would not recommend this business. No ownership for their error and on top of that Paul indicated they did not have room to stock samples when suggested to him.

A very irresponsible salesman regardless of how experience he proclaimed and his arrogant attitude after the fact was a complete turn off for any future interest in doing business with him or...

The trim board was popped up by our granddog over Christmas. I contacted Paul @ Carpet Weavers after the 1st of January and he said he would have to order the material. After a week, he calls and says he has to come look at it, which he did a few days later. Then he said he would have to order the materials. After 10 days, I contacted him to see if the materials had come in and he replied he would contact me when they did. After another week, I texted him to tell him this was getting to be a tripping hazard and reminded him we are seniors and would not want to trip and fall and maybe break a bone or 2. He finally contacted an installer who finally came out on 2/11 to replace the planks. He attempted to butt the planks up to the trim piece, leaving a gap of brown wood from the flooring below. Our floor is grays and blacks. This is very obvious that the brown shows. I can only imagine what it will be like to mop the floor and the water gets...

Joanne was extremely pleasant, understanding of delays on our end, and very accommodating, allowing me to initiate the purchase and make all arrangements by phone because we live 35 mins from the store.

Paul traveled out twice to measure, then patiently discussed alternatives, explained the installation process and then accurately communicated project details to Joanne and the installer. Very effective teamwork.

Brian, the installer, was a true expert and the ultimate professional which made us highly confident from the very beginning. He worked tirelessly, insured perfection every step of the way, communicated clearly and frequently, was respectful of our home, and far exceeded our expectations by surprising us and doing a phenomenal job addressing an issue we believed could not be solved.
