Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in East Providence

This place is so bad as far as pick up orders go. The girl that works the pickup line is incredibly slow. I was there picking up for doordash and it was a near 20 minute wait for 2 bowls. On top of that the store was completely dead. The entire 20 minutes I was there only one other person came in to order, and I saw 4 other employees around. So there's no reason when the employees working the front line have no customers, they can't help the slow employee at the pickup line. Figure it out.

For context, I accepted an offer for this location, i was 10 minutes away. At around 5 minutes I was notified by doordash that the order was ready for pickup. This is only possible if the restaurant themselves notifies doordash that the order is ready to be picked up. So when I arrive, I ask for the order and the employees look at each other as if they knew it wasn't ready, and then proceeded to try and play it off by taking a quick look for the order before telling me it was going to take a few more minutes. When I mentioned that I was notified it was ready for pick up, they were just kinda like, nah, it's not. So yea management still seems to not care about customer service on the pickup side of things and its getting worse with shady...

Oh my god!! What a refreshing change. My family & I LOVE chipotle we would order it every night if it were in the budget😜. However we were just about to give up on Chipotle all together after more than a handful of absolutely appalling orders from their Attleboro location (which is closer to our house by a mile or two) we had no idea about this location. being that we refuse to EVER order from Attleboro again we decided to see if there possibly was any other store relatively close to us & found this location. When I say it was a night & day difference….. that doesn’t even begin to touch on it. We could just smell how much fresher the food was when we got into the car with our pickup order. & it did not disappoint It was the first time all of us me, my husband & our two teenage boys finished our entire burrito bowls. Usually my husband is so disgusted & disappointed he will take a bite or two then put it in the fridge only to throw it all away a few days later. The only thing I will say we were a little disappointed about was the portion sizes are a bit small considering my boys both asked for extra rice & steak on their bowls & they received what looked like less than even the regular portion, certainly not EXTRA…… regardless we are SOOOO happy we have discovered this location. We will 100% returning as regular Chipotle...

I mike Chipotle in general. Their food is good for fast food burritos. I'm never impressed but I'm not disappointed either. The bowls and burritos are a good size, I usually split mine with someone. I won't eat fast food meats but I like that they have a tofu option, and it's pretty tasty. This particular location is the best one I've gone to. Many of the Chipotle locations I've ran into problems with the rice being hard or ingredients not being fresh. However, this location stays on top of their ingredients. It's clean, well organized, and they have courteous, knowledgeable employees. I'm usually in and out in less than 10 minutes and spend 10 to 15 bucks. If you're in a rush and want something healthier than your average fast food options, this is a good choice. The salsa dip and the queso dip are also pretty good. The chips have some type of lime seasoning which tastes good but just not something typical and I think it's a good thing to know ahead of time in case that's not...
