BEWARE! Please do not go get your colonic services here. This business establishment has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the service industry. It was so bad that this is the first time I’m writing a review on any business. I went in for a colonic sometime in the summer of last year and I had a great experience. So much so that I pre-paid for another session for a few months later. Unfortunately, I was sick with the flu and then Covid so I had to cancel my appointment. The woman on the phone told me to call back when I was feeling better and able to get in. HORRIBLE! Please stay away, the customer service ABSOLUTELY terrible. This place was recommended. I thought is was going to be a good experience. The location is nicely cleaned. However the Service and the communication was disrespectful. I paid over $600 for 6 sessions and only had 3, no refund was offered. I know that in life things happen, when you call me and change my appointment because of your booking mistake and no one follows up with you after being told you need to purchase over $120 in supplements with no follow-up. I just wrapped my 3rd session with T.Marie at Colon Hygiene Therapy and it was such a transformative experience for me. Before my sessions I was easily triggered, quick to anger, and often fatigued which were exactly the things I was praying to God to remove from my life. My husband noticed a change immediately after my second session as I was much calmer, less groggy, and more energetic.
