WOW Christopher how could you. I was a steady customer of yours for over 8 years. I'm in amazement of what you did to me. I just want to know how you put your head on your pillow every night and you do that to a lot of people. Let me explain what Christopher did. I went into him because he had a car for sale in his parking lot and I asked him about the car. I tell him the reason why I need the car. I was buying it for a single mother whose car died and is a cleaner that needs her car to do her jobs. So I took it upon myself and my SO so we were going to help her out. So after telling him the story of my friend that didn't have a car had two grandbabies to take care of and her children and that she really needed a car. So I was willing to help her out loan her the money so she can get back on her feet. So I'm not understanding why. Christopher would not give me my money back when I took the car back to him umpteen times because it wasn't running right. I have receipts from mechanics. He knew what he was selling was a bad car. I don't understand why he would do that to another human being. So Christopher why did you do this? That's all I want to know is why did you do this knowing you were putting a woman in grandchildren in a car that was not safe. How could you? I just want you to answer that one question. Christopher, why? You kept telling me it's okay now took it to the mechanic. They fixed it. That was the first time the second time. That's when I told you to keep the car and put the keys on the counter. Nope, wouldn't give me my money back .

I know this isn't how your parents raised you well. I surely hope they wouldn't raise you like that. You knew you were selling me a car with a bad head gasket and didn't say anything. That's not good business man. And you own Vince Pizza? How many other customers have you done this to with? I just want to know why you did this to me. This is not what I call a man cuz a man wouldn't act like you have acted with me. It's a shame. I just want to know how you put your head on your pillow knowing that you put a family in Jeopardy in a vehicle. How could you live with yourself? Just answer me that how do you sleep at night?

September 13th 2024 here's an update. It breaks my heart every time I drive by. Vince 's. Pizza shop and see one of his cars for sale out front. It's like who's he going to rip off next and of course he's never answered my response back. Renee just asked him one question that was it and the question was how do you sleep at night doing this to people and children? It's very sad that you put some woman and her grandchildren in Jeopardy knowingly. I just want to know

So please if you see a car in his parking lot for sale do not buy it. He will not give you the money back. He will keep pushing you off. Trust me, I have no reason to lie. Christopher, I am very disappointed in you and I'm sure...

I’ve lived in the area for over 2 years but just brought my four kids to eat here for the first time at 6pm last night (a Wednesday) because they were hosting a fundraiser for my kids’ school.

The restaurant was spacious and clean and would be perfect for an end of season youth sports party. (I feel like several other local pizza shops aren’t big enough.)

The food was great, portions were generous and prices were reasonable. The menu had a ton of options so everyone could find something they liked.

The staff were super courteous and friendly and all seem to treat each other like family (maybe they are?) and treat customers like guests in their home. I wish I had brought cash to tip them because they DON’T have one of those passive-aggressive turn toward the customer and back again tablet point of sale tipping systems.

After checking the menu online, I think I will definitely try ordering party platters from here next time I host game day!!

Overall, a great community-oriented local business that is definitely worth checking out when you are in the neighborhood and craving good American fare and good American vibes. :)

I first tried this place 4 or 5 years ago when I was an employee at Paoli Hospital. It was close and convenient, and I'd often call in my order and then pick it up on my way home, usually Friday nights. They were always polite and the girl at the counter was cute, but I'd definitely say that consistency even then was not their strong suit and flash forward to now, you can see from other reviews that looks to still be the case. I certainly feel as such.

Food industry is tough and pleasing people is even tougher, but if they want to be serious competitors in the Malvern, Paoli, Great Valley area, they have got to step things up, because with prices soaring at take-out places and just about everywhere else these days, folks want to make sure they are getting the utmost of bang for their buck.

I did go here within the last week or so for a pizza which was good, but more than anything the public wants consistency, day in and day out. People want to know that the pizza, or whatever food item being made to fulfill their order, will be top-notch every single time its ordered, not only 50-60% of the time. It needs to be...
