I got support from Paul (the owner) here who was super kind to work with. I was able to walk right in and sit next to him as he worked through my laptop’s audio issue.

I was stressed because I needed an urgent fix for the start of school. Paul navigated around the issue with evident intuition and skill and was able to quickly find the fix that was needed and patched it.

I was very happy with the quick and successful service and would certainly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their computer patched...

Very Disappointed and a waste of $600.00. Brought in two laptops to have repaired. Sent one to my son in Michigan only to have it go blue screen. I have finally asked my oldest son to start up the other one and guess what... No Bueno. I have been staring at a screen for 1.2 hour easily stating it is working on features. 100% complete Don't turn off your computer....

Wouldn't go anywhere else! They've recovered files off a hard drive that went bad and most recently saved my 1 year old laptop that was terribly slow. It runs amazingly well now... I love it!! And all for a fair price. Smart and honest people. ...
