Piazza Italian Market — Local services in Easton

Piazza was one of my mother’s very favorite places to go and I have been going there with her since the first opened. The food is consistently fabulous, the cheese selection is stellar, as is the chocolate selection - really, everything there is fantastic. And the staff is the best! ALWAYS professional, kind, informative, … really, I can’t say enough good things about all the people there.

During covid I was on lockdown with my mom and I since we were unable to go into the store, we started a game with them we call “cheese roulette” which we continued even after we could recenter the store.

Now, piazza has catered my mother’s memorial service, again with their signature quality, professionalis, kindness and deliciousness. Moms last game of cheese roulette was wonderful and it meant a lot to those of us left to have...

Incredibly rude staff. I have a service dog & showed the letter and they were still rude. The lady behind the sandwich counter up charges. I had ordered a prosciutto mozzarella pesto sandwich no meat, but she charged me $17 for even though there wasn’t supposed to be prosciutto, And she kept giving me dirty looks about having my service dog, and talked down to me in front of the whole line. The gentleman in the past behind the sandwich counter has always been polite and they’ve always charged me the same amount. Maybe the woman behind the sandwich counter now is just bitter; I’m not sure. She was also not professionally dressed and looked quite unkempt. Regardless of the price, you should never talk down to customers the way I was today. I won’t be going back and hope this review...

The best cheese selection you'll find in the area in addition to expertly prepared gourmet foods and of course Nice Farms milk and yogurt. Staff are always pleasant and helpful and the market is clean and attractive.

One area in need of improvement is the checkout process. It's tedious, a bit confusing and takes too long. Perhaps it's restricted by the space, but the deli and checkout next to it are the most confusing of the two checkout lines. In short, improve the checkout process and this market is as close to...
