Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Eastvale

The last two visits in April was very disappointing, the quality of food is nothing close to what it used to be. Farm Food has dropped to the level of Fast Food.

The burger and fries used to be cooked on order, now is pre-cooked, it was warm at the best, and dry. So, on my return visit, I placed my order and asked for everything must be freshly cooked, dang, when I picked up my order, the burger was just luke warm and dry, and the fries were old, cold and hardened. The girl took my order simply wasn't paying attention. I wonder if the store manager monitor the quality of foods they served. No more good ol' fashioned Farm Food, y'all.

This is a new item on their menu, compare to other quality "Farm Foods", this one is not up to par.

The chicken pattie was small and over-fried, comes with mayo and a couple of pickle slices. It tastes very plan. I love their burgers of which I'd describe as Tasty, Quality and Filling. This new Chicken sandwich has none of that.

This establishment USED to be top notch, however, when I went today it left much to be desired. When going to Farmer Boys there is an expectation of quality with an extended wait time, but when going today we were left waiting 40+ minutes only to get orders that weren’t assembled correctly and poor service. The kids behind the counter behaved as though they weren’t interested in even being there, looking through you as they took your order. Even after getting the receipt and telling them the order would be wrong, and then saying they would have it fixed, we still received the incorrect order. If you come to this Farmer Boys, please make sure that you are ULTRA SPECIFIC when ordering. We ordered 2 plain Double Big Cheese burgers, with one being made plain w/o cheese, and the other being a single burger with 1000 island on it. After 40+ minutes and going up to tell them it was wrong on the receipt before we got the food, needless to say we were dissatisfied with what we got. Never...

Came to this farmer boys to eat dinner while I charge my testla. I ordered just the farmer burger. I love farmer boys because of the quality of the food and service and eat offent in these chain. I even had breakfast earlier at the one in Chino. Well this one was the exception. The farmer burger was super extra salty. I tried to eat it but couldn't because I started getting nauseous. I told the night manager about it and I was just bringing it to his attention that something is wrong with the hamburger he gave me and he just said the meat comes ready and they don't condiment it. I threw the burger in the trash in front of them and went in the restroom to throw up.
