I’m writing this review because I am a firm believer in going by reviews, and will like to share my experience that I had at this location last night. When visiting the location on a regular basis I don’t typically have this experience, but it’s unfortunate dealing with the (look to be new) manager/supervisor last night (10/31/20) that was there was a horrible experience. Usually when I go into any panda express I request for veggies and two proteins.. to be specific I request for broccoli and cabbage with no garlic, (special request that is always accommodated, even if it takes a few minutes)and double orange chicken along side of black pepper chicken. This time around going into panda express I requested for some broccoli with either very little garlic due to not being able to have garlic on a regular basis and or no garlic at all. (Large chunks of garlic are put in the veggies per recipe. It’s just to much for my throat..I can’t have) When the employee that was assisting me at the time wanted to accommodate my request the manager or supervisor on duty (which was a lady I didn’t catch her name) decided to go back-and-forth with me trying to make a point of what I should and shouldn’t have ( like she knows my body) essentially trying to argue with me instead of accommodating a simple request. Long story short I decided not to eat at this location last night due to the horrible customer service and making a simple request turn into a major conflict. My fiancé and I lost our appetite and decided to take our money elsewhere. In the future I recommend that the supervisor/manager chooses to assist and accommodate if possible (which it was possible at the time because they weren’t busy at that time) Instead of Trying to pick a fight with the customer and making a huge scene embarrassing the customer trying to prove that they are right in front of EE’s,Then when we walk out talk out loud to all the employees trying to make a point saying and I quote” see if they didn’t want any garlic or had any issues with garlic they wouldn’t be making a big deal going back-and-forth with me” which I didn’t understand that statement. Hopefully no one has to have this experience moving forward. I might not go to this location anymore due to this EE...Puts a bad task in our mouth. TWO...
Read moreThis place needs to designate about 10 Spots for cars when they tell people to go around the front and wait because the food isn't ready this keeps happening. Today I couldn't Park in the handicap spot so I was waiting patiently in front of a row of cars this row of cars should be designated for people waiting at least three or four spots should be designated there was a person walking to his car and all the sudden it was getting honked at so I move forward a few feet and the next person was honking behind me and I didn't even see the person behind me because my music was on a little bit the person came up next to me and roll the window down and screamed at me so hard I've never seen so much hatred and all my life I have been so devastated since I got screamed at I've been crying didn't even want to eat my food I'm heartbroken I told the person that was yelling at me who was escalated to a level of 10 who knows what could have happened and I kept apologizing to him it was really really bad because of this person's level of anger over parking spots and I was waiting in the way apparently Panda really needs to understand the level of people that are driving through and have things prepared or house and parking spaces for people they told me to go around front and wait there was no spot to wait I was trying to move out of everybody's way but the person that came up next to me in a white Chevy Blazer rolled his window down and I kid you not I've never been so heartbroken how hard this person was screaming at me it was only in a hurry to go to McDonald's to go get something I mean what is this people are very angry these days but they really need to have the food ready at Panda or not make you wait out front or at least give a designated spot there's no designated spots for how long they take for food I will not be going back I am absolutely in tears cuz I was in someone's way I cannot Express how hurt I am I didn't hear the person in my radio was on Panda Express needs to fix the parking lot if they're going to make people...
Read moreI went to this restaurant because I was working nearby, I usually go to the one in Victorville which is closer to where I live and I must say their service difference is like night and day. I ordered half and half and their shrimp and also beef and broccoli, after I got my food on the container as if it was to go instead of the plate I went to wash my hands and then went to get the stand for my phone to my car before I started eating, as I sat down to eat I noticed that on the beef and broccoli I had literally only gotten two very small pieces of meat and the rest was just broccoli, lots of it, so I got up to tell the cashier whose's name is TRINITY, to my surprise she looked up me dead in the eyes and she told me, "well I think you already ate the meat", I said excuse me? She said, "yes I gave you the food a while ago and I saw you sitting down so I think you already ate it, I'll give you some more but I think you already ate it", I then declined to get more meat and sat down to eat. Now, I am a 43 year old man who owns his own business and if I wanted more meat I could just have bought another order, but in this case I was just asking for what I paid, which is BEEF and Broccoli, not just damn broccoli!...After reading the reviews something tells me this must be a franchise store and everything starts with the franchise owner, he probably has ordered the staff to put very little servings to get more profits. Also the bathroom was extremely dirty and all their tables were unclean and had soda residue, the floors were sticky and obviously the staff was very unprofessional. If you can avoid this particular store, I would recommend you do, this store is shamefully unlike other Panda Stores I have visited. And this young lady named TRINITY definitely needs to look for another career away from customer service; she has a very poor attitude and knows very little about customer service, although I must admit this probably comes from the management and the owner, this is probably her first job and she has been trained...
