I’ve tried to give them a chance after they first opened. I’m now convinced the owner, Cassie Stubbs, is too cheap to properly staff it. They have both lanes open and only one person in the iPad. Not the first time either. Last time myself and several others behind me in the outside lane didn’t see the one person because they were in the complete opposite side helping a car. We drove up to the ordering menu and the speaker like you expected them to use. The one person then continued to take orders in just the inside lane and ignored all of us. Today they had the same thing. One person, but both lanes open. Why not just use the ordering screen. Plus, who has the entire menu memorized. The menu and ordering screen and speaker is there for a reason. If you aren’t going to use them, have two people out there then. One for each line. Then the young man today just seemed overwhelmed and didn’t know some stuff. We got a 12 count when we ordered an 8, they forgot the straws, and forgot half of the sauces we asked for. It wasn’t much. A chick fil an and ketchup for the nugget meal and hot sauce, mayo and ketchup for the sandwich meal. We got no ketchup and no mayo. The owner of this establishment should be put on probation by corporate and please staff properly. Maybe go visit Brandon Jones at the Holmdel location to see how it’s supposed to be done. He has three people outside...
Read moreYesterday I had one of the most unpleasant dining experiences in my life at this Chick-Fil-A. Literally all five of my senses were assaulted. Sight- every single table in that place was dirty. Literally, every single one. The tops of the tables were gross but the mess under the tables was repugnant. The place clearly hadn’t been cleaned in hours. Smell- I smelled what I thought was barf but it could have been a disgusting rag used to clean the tables whenever they were last cleaned. Hearing- an off shift employee was listening to something on her phone literally at top volume with the speaker on. This lasted about ten min. Feel- sticky table and sticky floor. Finally taste- we ordered on the app to expedite the process and when I asked about why the food was taking so long (about 20 min since we arrived and finalized the order) they did not know why. An employee then took two bags off the counter where food prep was occurring and handed that to me. The ticket on the bag said the order was completed 15 min before I asked about it and sat there getting cold for that whole time. Corporate really needs to investigate and review this place and the franchisee. Whoever that person is, they are giving the company a bad name and it was overall a terrible...
Read moreBy far my worst Chick Fil A experience I’ve ever had. Two things you’d expect from this chain are consistent food and polite service, but I was let down on both. I placed a mobile order and picked up in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window, the worker just handed me a bag and then walked away from my car without saying a word. I had to wave her back to ask if this was my complete order, as it wasn’t even clear if the transaction was over. I was picking up for a few fellow hospital employees so I had a sizable order. She finally said “yes” and offered no other communication, so I drove away. When I arrived back at the hospital I found that they neglected to give me the dressings to go with the salads, as well as the sauces I had ordered (they were on my receipt.) It wasn’t worth driving back to request these items so unfortunately we ate dry food. Also my coworker said her grilled nuggets were super chewy. Overall this was a McDonald’s-grade fast food experience. This location has been open for a few months now so you’d think they’d have better...
