I honestly miss how this store was ran prior with the last manager compared to the last few months. Idk what happen to the gentleman with the beard and wonderful tattoos but we sure do miss him he was the best manager I ever seen. It was nice to not see a new one every week or month. The way he treated us the way how he always had pizza HOT N READY and the customer service was the best! He left a huge impression on my family and I. We use to come every week continuously that was up until I say June or July⦠Now we probably come once a month (we have been enjoying ātoppersā more so lately) this store is no longer not so fast and the incoherent red eyed employees always leaving pizza on back table always a 20-40 min wait (another reason I stopped coming for lunch deal) plus half of them barley speak or engage with customers it seems they are to busy talking about who they are screwing or getting smashed on weekend and or hitting vapes and smoking weed outside/inside store running to and from car. My daughter who is in high school said it looks like they run a trap out of this store. I was shocked when I asked her what that means āmeans drug dealsā I notice the owner replies on here so I figured it would be nice if he was in his store more then just periodically maybe a occasional drug test couple help weed out the bad eggs! Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a very horrible experience and very upset we had originally ordered two different pizzas one being a supreme deep dish and the other one was meat option with bacon and pizza was supposed to have sausage it didnāt come with it no biggie maybe they forgot we open the second pizza same toppings just deep dish call the store to see what they could do so we could get the supreme pizza we originally ordered the manager told us they didnāt have any sausage for the the supreme pizza no problem I leave work since this was for my team. I get to the location and addressed I called about the pizza and told him it was supreme but since they had no sausage they told me they would replace it with ham still the young man never says we are out of the toppings. I was walking to my car I decided to check the pizza to make sure it was the supreme pizza Nope! I waited a few minutes to see if anyone would acknowledge me coming in... off course not I had to peek my head around to the back of the kitchen to get their attention. One guy notices and informed the guy there was a customer there. He turned around to look at me then turned back to continue his conversation. So I had to WAIT until he was done with his conversation to assist me. Its said to see places with employees like this who value their conversation over their customers.
