Everyone at Vaughan’s Jewelry store is so nice, kind and very helpful. They always help me with my decisions and suggestions when I need help. I rely on their expert advice when I get my rings cleaned and checked to make sure my wedding rings are secure. We are blessed to have their store in Edenton. I just recently went in to have my rings soldered. They did an absolute wonderful job. I am glad I had it done. It means a lot to be able to take repairs to a local jeweler and the work be done locally in the store and not sent off. The staff are nice, helpful and offer honest advice. Great store in Edenton! I have been wanting to re-purpose my original engagement ring that I have not worn in years. I came into Vaughan’s to see what I could do and met Chelsea. She told me that they could help me design a new ring using the diamonds from both my engagement ring and my wedding band that had also not been worn regularly in some time. I was excited at the possibilities this presented. Chelsea walked me through each step making it not only easy but fun and enjoyable. The ring I received blew my expectations away! I cannot say enough about Vaughan’s as a business and Chelsea in particular. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was very pleased with the respect of the workers, especially the young lady who waited on me. She was very helpful in helping me choose the perfect bracelet for a special young lady who had lost her mother to Covid. However, I was taken by surprise to see that there were not any mask present. I heard one of the young women saying, "yes sir" to the older gentleman who was present in the shop at the time. You do not hear that much. The owner is always pleasant and kind.
