Typically, the staff at this store are all more customer-oriented than self-absorbed. At least one staff member per shift seems to be genuinely happy to be there, and demonstrably committed to hosting happy customers. I've noticed a couple of downright customer-centric staffers who've been a pleasure to engage. On the other hand, there are also a couple of long-time staff who are....an acquired taste...and somewhat aloof. The store is always kept clean and well-stocked. The parking is plentiful and convenient. The clientele is a mix of restaurant and spa staffer from the neighboring stores, and local retirees, grad student-types and professionals who sometimes linger and a few that conduct their interviews and meetings. Read moreStaff and food we're fine, but ALL of the tables were taken up by people on their laptops who aren't even eating or drinking Starbucks products. One guy saw me heading toward a table carrying food while leading my three year old son and hurried over with his laptop to snatch it before I got a seat. I won't be going back to this location unless there are no other options. I really wish Starbucks would make seating a priority for paying customers instead of people who are there to mooch internet. I barley write these and haven’t been in a Starbucks in like 2 years while trying to remember the drink I was cut off and told “I hear what your saying but we don’t have it so pick something else”. At the point we’re I got aggravated the nice bearded feller stepped in and knew exactly what I was looking for and also made the drink he was very professional and saved the situation.
