This is the worst experience I have among many Ralph Lauren stores. Some sales people were nice but one lady (seems senior at the store) just refused to check stocks at other locations. In other stores I have ordered and have them shipped to my home without problem. The lady simply did not bother to check, saying I know we do not have other size!
