First off, if you're planning to buy from this location, DO IT!! Ask for Gabe and Darrel to help you. They're both AMAZING to work with! I would give this location 10 stars if I could!
As for our experience, we saw a motorcycle on Mann's Harley Davidson's website. This location is a little over 2 hours away from us so we decided to drive there last weekend just to check it out. We were both warmly welcomed by the staff as soon as we walked in the door. The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly and they made us feel like we were important to them the entire we were there.
Needless to say, we both fell in love with the motorcycle we drove there to look at and decided to take the next steps to try to purchase it. Our sales representative, Gabe, was amazing and worked diligently with us. Darrel in finance worked some magic and was able to get us financed with our trade in. The entire process was very easy and mostly done over the phone over the next week. The following weekend, we rode our bikes there to finalizethe paperwork, traded in the old one and rode away on the new one.
Best of all, they undersood what our payment limit was and surprisingly kept it within our range. That's the FIRST time that's ever happened for us and we've bought many motorcycles over the years. It was one of the quickest and easiest purchases we've ever made from a Harley dealership all thanks to the hard work and continuous efforts from Darrel and Gabe.
Also, the rest of the staff in motor clothes, parts and service were a pleasure to deal with. As you probably know, when you buy a new Harley you get a free t-shirt. The variety of choices is better than any location we've ever bought from, but unfortunately, there are very few choices if you're over a size 3x however, the lady in charge is working hard to change that so people of all shapes and sizes can have a better experience in that regard.
We purchased a phone mount for the new bike and they installed it for us without any issues before we ever took the new bike out of the dealership. We were so grateful to them for doing that for us since we had a long ride home and needed the GPS to get there since we took backroads all the back home to Kentucky.

Read moreGet comfortable this is going to be a long one. I have a 2023 Street Glide ST. I noticed a rattle, sometimes at start up sometimes when riding at neutral throttle. It had been looked at by four different dealers. One dealer was able to replicate the rattle but couldn’t locate it. After a trip to Tampa I took it to Mann’s for the 10K service, and to look for the rattle. They were unable to locate the rattle. Out of frustration I told them to install a Star Racing cam and new lifters. I had told every dealer I thought the rattle was a lifter collapsing. Of course the new cam would require tuning. When I got my bike back, three months later, it didn’t run as well as I thought it would. I rode it to Tampa, Asheville, and Mackinaw City. My Yukon would have gotten better fuel mileage on those trips. Not to mention it was both sluggish and unpredictable. Enter new ownership and management at Mann’s. Told them about the issues really not expecting much. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Instead of passing it off as “previous owners problem” my bike was re-tuned by an incredibly experienced tuner at no cost to me. It now runs as I expected. Thankfully this Harley dealer is glad to help me. They always kept me updated on what needed done, called me when they needed approval on items needing done above what I brought it in for. Prices are competitive for repairs and installation of parts I needed installed. I needed my stator and an voltage regulator replaced, I purchased my own parts from an Indian parts store online, which specializes in older Indians. The Harley dealer installed them for me, I also needed my carb adjusted and they did an awesome job taking care of my beloved Indian.
