Subway — Restaurant in Indiana

I ordered the musculoskeletal sandwich. Instead, I received chronic back pain, neck pain, sprained muscles, and a fracture. It’s not that hard to get someone’s order right, especially when they only ordered one sandwich. I am the scary shoe bill. I also ordered the great garlic, which was cooked to satisfaction. Sweet, sweet uhm. It wasn't until I sat down to enjoy my meal, that I realized there was something missing, my drink. Why didn’t the employees make it? It’s been reported that Subway’s Mr. Pibb descends from gods, but I thought these were just stories. To obtain my drink, I was instructed that I would need to go to the back of the restaurant outside. What kind of nonsense is that? Upon arriving at the back of the restaurant, the only thing I could see was a dumpster, which filled me a sense of dread. Upon opening the lid of the dumpster, I saw none other than David Hardcastle sipping on my Mr. Pibb. It was at that moment that the illusion of divine was completely shattered. Upon not being able to handle the truth, I went home and hung myself. Overall, this was a good experience. Fun atmosphere, great service, and amazing food....

When I pulled up in the drive through, I was the only one in line. (Apparently there was one other car that had already ordered that was waiting at the window for their food) First, I was told they couldn’t even take my order until the person in front of me got their food. 15-20min later they took my order (which was taken incorrectly after repeating it all slowly 3x). When I finally pulled up, paid, and proceeded to the second window I see that they were somehow able to take the orders of the two cars behind me even though they couldn’t take mine originally with only one car ahead of me at the window and had even given the car behind me their food from the first window. They did apologize for the wait claiming that their food was frozen and had to be thawed.. however I am still waiting here first in line for over an hour now for 2 sandwiches. Will not be returning to this...

I’ve been coming here for lunch every other day for the past month, and i’m finally fed up with it. The employees are kids who do not know professionalism. While dining in, I have been the only person in the store before and they stand and chat about unprofessional things. Today, one employee harassed, and tried to flirt with, a female customer. It was unprofessional and annoying to even me. I can’t imagine what the lady felt like. Despite having 5 workers when i was there, I took a while to get my sandwich. Only one associate was making sandwiches. Another just stood at the register the entire time, just waiting. I would suggest to management to train your associates better and coach them to preform better.. too bad the stores runs without a manager present most...
