Cozy Tea Loft — Restaurant in Edison

2 stars because I actually like this place but after today's experience I would honestly say I would not come back at all. Due to unprofessionalism and the car meets that took all the parking. First of all there was a car meet with about 8 cars that occupied this stores parking. drinking their teas out the vehicles sitting on the grass. Ok fine, since it was completely packed and no parking I double parked towards the exit. I walk inside this tea shop literally get harassed by a group of 4-5 customers about my car being parked "illegally" and that I need to move my car now and that they are going to call the police on me and get my car towed. They literally were screwing with me. Ok fine i smiled kindly told them thank you for the concern on my vehicle and that it was none of their business. These customers then proceeded to come to my face and start talking shit to me over my parked car. Lmao The workers obviously hear everything because these customers are screaming and physically approaching me in front of them. The employees completely ignoring and turning a blind eye to the situation quickly unraveling in the store. I had to sit and ignore the other customers who are verbally bashing me while I wait for my tea. How uncomfortable was that. The only time I was acknowledged by employees was when they handed over my drink that at that point I couldn't even enjoy without a bitter taste in my mouth from how unprofessional the establishment is. Please treat all your paying customers with decency, if you notice your customers causing tension and weird atmosphere please address it instead of...

The Best Bubble Tea I ever had in New Jersey!!!

I have tried almost every bubble tea stores in NJ area. Especially Edison area has more than 10 bubble tea stores but no one can compete with Cozy Tea Loft! Their bubbles are made every morning and taste very chewy and soft. Besides, their milk tea is very fresh and has a very good flavor. I could not stop drink and buy another 3 cups of different tea which recommended by the owner. She is very nice and polite. She told me that their materials are all originally imported from Taiwan. The other three cups of tea that she recommended were very particular and awesome taste. They are Pineapple Ice tea with white jelly, Brown sugar bubble tea, Mango tea. All of them are taste wonderful and awesome! The price is also very reasonable. They just had grand opening this week. Their location is close to Menlo Park mall. We placed a pretty big order (14 drinks) online for pick up. We placed the order at 2:14pm and the website said the order would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived and the guy there was already making our drinks. He said it’s going to take a while since it is a big order. We said sure, we understand. Guess what? We did not get our drinks until 3:42pm. That’s almost 90 minutes. The ordering system also did not pick up some of our toppings but the guy working there happily gave us the missing toppings on the side. People arriving and ordering after us kept getting their drinks before we did. Some of our drinks had been just sitting there in the corner for over an hour. I understand this is a big order but over an hour wait time is just unacceptable. If you need more time for a big order, maybe indicate so when we order so we can arrive at the right time and not having to wait almost 90 minutes...
