Eight Indian Bistro — Restaurant in Edison

After reading so many great reviews about Eight Indian Bistro, I decided to give it a try — and I’m happy to say I agree with everyone else. The place is excellent.

My food was absolutely delicious, full of bold flavor, and cooked exactly how I asked. I enjoy my dishes on the spicy side, and they delivered perfectly — hot, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was just as impressive. My waitress, Sandy, was very friendly and took the time to explain the menu, which I appreciated. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm, comfortable, and inviting.

One thing to note is the parking: there are two lots, one on each end of the building. The lower-level lot leads past an empty storefront, which can make things a little confusing. The upper-level lot, however, takes you right to the restaurant entrance.

Overall, Eight Indian Bistro is definitely worth a visit. Great food, great service, and a really nice dining experience. Give it a try — I think...

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The menu has a perfect mix of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and every dish we tried was flavorful and freshly prepared.
