Garima is an excellent Physical Therapist and a wonderful human being . I went to her in extreme neck pain caused due to disc herniation and could see the magic in just 2 sessions. She could understand my pain and agony and provided me the Best holistic treatment. Her experience could be visible in the approach she took to treat me.Her manual therapy proves she does not treat patients as just a number. Her honest and affectionate approach along with the everlasting smile not only makes you feel confident of the best treatment you are getting from experienced & expert hands but also assures you that you are cared for and your physical well being is prioritized. She is extremely professional in maintaining the office environment and her staff is courteous and always greets you with smile. Empathy is one word that I would put for healing handz. They know our pain through this ideology and they do take efforts to ensure we are pain free and happy & healthy. The infrastructure that Healing Handz has and the facilities they provide for your exercises are customized for individual pain management. The maximum wait time to be attended in office is never more than 5-8 minutes.They value our time and keep up to appointment times. They are not a corporate PT center where masses come as numbers and go out as numbers only. They are an amazing setup where you are treated as an extended family member of Healing Handz family and they ensure to follow up on our progress of pain management. I visited Healing Handz office today after hearing great review from a friend and also reading great reviews on the website.

My experience hasn't been ideal at all as I leave their office experiencing excruciating pain from the knee twist done by the therapist in the name of examination. Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 star and post a review.

As soon as I reach the office , was surprised to see plethora of DOs and DONTs on their wall, the office staff quickly collected $70 towards the visit. Soon I was called inside but surprised that the therapist while talking to me had to take breaks to attend to other patients need.

Didn't get a great feel as I was asked to leave without any treatment for my pain, the therapist mentioned he would write up notes and send to my insurance company, not sure what it is all about. He also mentioned about surgery not sure is it because this condition is untreatable.

I have had about 30-40 PT sessions at other PT offices but never before left their office w/o any guidance around pain management.

Not sure if I am wrong to expect value for Money, this I write because the pain is worse than when I went for the visit.

Thought about this episode and cancelled my future appointments as well.

If your looking for a exceptional therapist and team you’ve certainly found it! Healing HandZ is easily the best Physical Therapy Facility I have even been to. Which says a lot because I have tried out 5 different places throughout New Jersey. I am currently recovering from my second surgery on my knee. The first being a triple triad injury. This is my second time around working with the therapist “Garima”. While physical therapy can be a very painful experience, it is made tolerable with all the laughter and great conversation that is shared. After 3 1/2 years of not being able to walk without assistance I am finally on my way to recovering. I cannot recommend healing handz enough. I truly believe if I were at a different facility I wouldn’t be healing as fast as I am now. I would travel great lengths to continue my care here. I’d like to say a special thank you to Garima, Maria & the rest of the staff for taking such great care of me thus far.

PS. I am currently writing this on my birthday and just finished up my therapy for the day. Who goes to a doctors appointment on their birthday? Honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. If that doesn’t say I love it here, I don’t know what will. I would gladly spend my time celebrating there and have...
