"Since Costco Photo closed, finding a reliable place to print photos has been a challenge for us. Fortunately, we discovered Photo HQ, and it’s been a game-changer. We often go there to print our photos, and this year we even printed our Christmas cards. In the past, we tried using Shutterfly, Walgreens, and Walmart for family cards, but we were always disappointed with the quality. Photo HQ, however, exceeded our expectations with stunning results, and the turnaround time was incredible—less than 24 hours!

I was genuinely impressed with how the cards turned out. The print quality was so flawless that I could hardly tell they were printed on paper. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Jeremy, one of the managers/co-owner, went above and beyond by helping us modify the card template to suit our family’s needs. In the past I've had great, fast experiences with film development here. Recently I received scans that were misaligned and contained scanner artifacts (glitchy digital lines) across the frames. When I mentioned this they said they sent the wrong files and the correct ones would come in an hour. When I did receive the next batch of files they had been cropped to not include the artifacts. I couldn't believe that someone would spend the time to do that instead of just offering to rescan, and to think that a customer wouldn't notice. I went back in to bring this up, they were very kind and receptive, offered to rescan and give me a refund. I did receive the scans (though noticeably lower quality this time) and never received a refund. Bummer...

Wow! I am so impressed. This is my second time working with David and I’ll be working with him the next chance I get! I even got to peek at some of the photos and they were AMAZING! You can tell he is well seasoned in his profession with an eye for creativity!

As for the experience? David was so kind during the entire shoot. We hired him to take my senior photos which included myself, my partner, and two very energetic dogs.
