My Americano tasted like water. Not because it was an Americano (as opposed to a richer drink) and not because they make weak Americanos...but because something must have been wrong with their machine, and they weren't observant enough to notice that my drink was lighter than most teas. I left before tasting, because we were getting on the ferry. I emailed to say I had recieved a drink that was made incorrectly, I got a response saying they would email me a free drink coupon. That never happened. Fast forward a few months to today, same rushed ferry scenario. Only now our coffees are not hot, and I mean not hot by a long shot. It is just careless drink making, and for such high drink prices I expect...

Having not had a Chai tea latte here before, we thought we'd give it a try. It definitely has a spice kick to it which was a nice surprise. Sadly, for this frigid day with temps in the high teens, the drink wasn't hot enough to warm up the walk back to the ferry line. It was like the temp you would want a toddler hot chocolate to be. We also got donuts, all good there except for the apple fritter, which was still stretchy-doughy on the inside. Definitely sad, cold, and crossing my don't get sick from the raw dough.
