Jan's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Edwardsville

I'm a member of the ornament club and put in my list in early and went to the early access, didn't get all the ornaments on my list and didn't get the free stuff I was suppose to get with the hundreds of dollars I spent on ornaments. I was suppose to get vouchers since they were out of the free ornaments and bag sets but I didn't get any. went in again on for another Hallmark release in December and they had called to confirm I had an ornament there. I went to pick it up and they were so unorganized they didn't know what ornament it was I was picking up and where my list they had went to. I wouldn't recommend going to the Edwardsville/glen carbon Hallmark. I'm very unhappy with my experience at that Hallmark from now and back to October. Went in to Hallamark again today same Hallmark store and they had the bag sets and free stuff I was suppose to recieve in October but didn't give us it because we didn't have the voucher that they forgot to give us. The workers were to busy talking about a previous customer and running her down they weren't even aware I just came through the door. I walked all through the store with out anyone saying a word to me. They were to busy about how angry they were with the previous customer. I agree with the previous customer the store was extremely under stocked with merchandise. So I walked out of the store and still was not noticed. They were still cackling like a bunch hens. I think there is a time and place to talk about their anger this was not the time or place. They need to stock their store and be Polite.
