Read moreI returned an 8GB I7 HP ENVY 2 in 1 laptop because it was overheating and the touchscreen wasn't responding to the touch. I took it in to the customer service desk and explained my concerns. I bought the laptop 14 days prior, but the young lady told me that since I bought it in between October 13 and the end of the holiday season, all customers have an extended return period until January 2, 2021. I was able to exchange my laptop for the same model, hoping that I just happened to purchase a lemon on my initial buy. The customer representative even walked me to the floor to show me other laptops with similar characteristics as the one I bought for comparison purposes. The representative told me that if I do an even exchange for the same model, try it out to see if the same problem persists; I could either return it for a refund or purchase a different model with no hassle. So that is what I did; were closely monitoring the performance of this laptop for any unforseen circumstances. Only downfall was the extra ginormous charge for accidental damage protecting ranging from 150.00 per year to 350.00 for 3 years. I already have the Geek Squad protection that I renew every year for 199.00. I was told that it did not cover accidental damage like spilling coffee on laptop or dropping it. Read moreI am very upset about the bad online shopping service, I bought a tablet and a computer on black Friday, when my television arrived to pick it up I went to the next day and they canceled my order! call right there to customer service and they told me that there was something wrong with the system, ask if there were problems with the other items because I did not want to lose them and the guy told me no, my tablet arrived a week, but in those days I received an email that if on a certain date my computer did not arrive the order would be canceled, call customer service again and they told me that everything was in order, that in 7 days maximum it arrived, I received a week later another email canceling my purchase order of the computer that with time I bought on black Friday and which would be a Christmas gift and a few days cancel me without giving me any solution !!!!
