I was so excited several years ago when I heard we were getting a Michael's....then I truly experienced shopping in one plus one in the Imperial Valley....ummm yeah 🙄 What customer service? You have to track someone down all over the store & then they seem annoyed that they are being asked for help! It isn't like they are doing their job right & placing things correctly & neatly back on the shelves. And yes, the messy, unorganized, low to no stock shelves are ridiculous & need something done about them. The cashier's often take a long time to check you out, they never get in a hurry. AND finally my last complaint is about coupons - they finally will accept competitors coupons except on sale items even if the coupons doesn't exclude sale items AND they do not take multiple coupons like JoAnn's does!!! You can use several different 40% off 1 item coupons to pay for everything you have if you plan ahead, but not Michael's of course....sooo I typically go to JoAnn's & I sooooo wish we had a Hobby Lobby like...
Read moreEmployees don't know how to correctly price items or put the items on the right shelf and won't respect that. They start getting all mad and snarky towards customers. I went once for some shirts and they were marked for 4.99 and when I went to pay it said 8.99. When I told them that they were in the 4.99 area (like a whole box) they tried to gaslight me and said that people move shirts around... when a whole 5 boxes of the same shirt and same company of shirt were there. Honestly, this isn't the first time, but I always try to give them the benefit-of-the-doubt. That's why people end up choosing to order on Amazon. It's not the clients fault that they can't put the things in the right place with the right price...

Today I so a super offer/price and try to get 2 of they and they told me that I just can get one, well at the end they didn't respect the price and they charge me regular price, and also they didn't give me the product.
