Made a mobile order at this specific subway on May 25, 2024 and received 3 subs with very small portions of meat and on one, I had asked for deluxe. I literally ended up putting my own meat in these subs. When I called that day, they told me to come back to the store, which I wasn't going to do since I'd be wasting more of my time and gas to fix their mistake. Since I wasn't going to do that, they told me there was no manager on shift and that I'd have to call back on Monday.
Well, it's Monday and when I called, the manager mentioned that a couple of days had passed so it's strange and wanted me to show photos of the sandwiches as proof, which I only took one to show a buddy how ridiculously small the portions were. Other than that, he recommended that in the future, I drive back and have them fix it or file a complaint to corporate. I tried to call the number to corporate and was sent to a voicemail box and honestly, I'm not trying to waste any more of my time on this.
Lesson learned though, if I have to call corporate and leave messages and take photos just to get some sandwiches I paid for to get made properly, I'm never coming to...
Read moreMe and my fam of 3 arrived at this location around 7 pm on a Saturday. There was only one employee and no waiting line, as we entered I greeted the employee but he did not acknowledged us. We went in line to wait and he started counting the cash registered money, I don’t mind waiting for that if it’s their time to do so. But when he was done, he did not even mention “I will be right with you or anything”. He went and continued with other task. After the money counting he went directly to the bread “fridge” and seems he was doing inventory but I did not like that he touched the bread after counting money without gloves.
