This is my number one store to shop. Unfortunately, this particular store has only gotten worse when it comes to customer service. On my last visit I was there to make a return the supervisor or manager step to help cashier with my return and she was very rude not because of the result because in fact I took the wrong receipt. But her attitude was totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I would expect more from a trained...

I got my purse stolen by the entrance around where the line starts to check out. apparently theres a blind spot by there so they werent able to see anything which sounds stupid. someone wanted my purse so bad and couldnt return it. never shop at marshalls! dont doubt it if it was one of the employees. Do better and i hope you...

I love marshalls, i always find good quality clothes, shoes and even electronics at really affordable prices. I am very picky when it comes to selecting clothes but I most of the time find what I need when i visit marshalls. The store is always clean and well organized which makes it an easier and quicker...
