First off, my mom hates this store. I, on the other hand, didn't really mind how cramped this store is, and how scarce the employees make themselves. I know exactly what I want when i go in. Anywho, I went in yesterday for a couple very specific things, the one which is the reason I am writing this review is the Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm (its amazing if you have not tried it!) I pull it off the shelf and go to pay. I usually check to see if any ghetto a** people have swatched the products, because, lets be real, how do we know these people wash their hands after using the restroom. Sure enough, someone ran their finger(s) in multiple circles in the product! I ask the girl who was standing at the counter (not helping customers) if I have enough time to run and grab another because i want it, sans peoples butt-finger germs. She opens it up and says "Oh, but they just barely touched it" I looked at her and almost puked thinking she would actually put that on her face KNOWING someone other than herself would have touched it. Super offended, and in my "THAT" customer voice, I told her Uhh, no. They happily swirled in that, its not just a tiny touch! Read moreTerrible experience during checkout. I had a list of items I went in to get with the prices I saw they were on sale for. When I went to check out I asked the lady if I could check my receipt to make sure everything was correct. She asked if she could help the next person in line. Clearly if I'm asking to check I am not done and you shouldn't be shoo-ing me to go away. She still left and a male took over which was no help at all. I brought up my concern of how the price was different than I saw online and his only option for me was to return it. He didnt ask to see what I was talking about or care to talk to me about it. I clearly stated I made sure I didnt have online only deals and his only response se was that they dont price match. They had a line and just wanted me to leave. I work in retail and when a customer is in front of you they should have your full attention until their needs are met. Clearly not the expectation for this location. Read moreI’ve been in here a few times and I knew the customer service was bad but I walked up to the salon desk to ask the stylists a question about a product. It took a few minutes to even be acknowledged then it was clear they all had better things to do than help me, even though two of them were just sitting there when I walked up. They didn’t have a helpful answer OR even bother to look into my question any further. Each one had a snobby attitude through the entire encounter. When I walked away they went right back to talking like I hadn’t even said anything. The rest of the associates just stand around talking when the displays are a mess and the line is usually a good 10 minute wait. I watched the associate that was by himself ask for help at check out three times before someone lazily walked up to help him.
